Friday and Saturday 11-7
and Sunday 12-5
other times by appointment or chance!

We are located at 153 N. Market St.

The shop is located on the corner of N. Market and W. 2nd street
There is metered street parking or a very close by Parking Garage on
E. Church St. next to the Visitors Center

Parking in the garage is $1 on Saturdays and free on Sundays.
Frederick is a great place to visit with tons of great restaurants, great independent shops and boutiques and is very dog friendly for those of you who have pooches!

Well, here in the DC Metro area March is certainly coming in like a lion. We are on the cusp of spring and we are going to get 6"-12" of snow. I'm done with winter it has served its purpose (which is mostly to remind me how much I really do love the other seasons)

As I was trying to fight the winter blues I came across a nice surprise awaiting me in my inbox. A dear customer, "Rachel from California" sent me pictures of herself modeling fabulous hats She purchased at Tiara Day. I just love to see when the vintage treasures I gather for the shop go to someone who truly appreciates the beauty and story that they tell. She looks absolutely divine wearing these and demonstrates how fun and modern a vintage accessory truly can be. ---She cheered me right out of my winter doldrums. So thank you Rachel!!!!!!

shame on me!!!!

Shame on me for being so behind on blogging. I just don't know where the time has gone. I have been so busy with the holidays and LIFE that I have been remiss in posting photos and updates...I hope Santa isn't watching. --So here are some of my latest shop photos.

The shop has been decked out for christmas--with a wide range of vintage items from the 20-60's with lots of kitsch! Just check out those red vintage bells-wonder who they once belonged to?

I just love this "new"winter snow angel doll -I displayed her on the cutest aqua (don't you just love the color aqua?) vintage fence!!!!

this is one of my favorite white feather trees covered in handmade birds which have real vintage millinery feathers and are encased in german glass glitter--yes, glitter does make everything better!

I jut love vintage books--look at these two finds. The pictures are just exquisite in the Christmas Gems, a book from the turn of last century and a darling Christmas cookbook--I just love old cookbooks--I love to read them and sometimes you can find the best recipes in them. -
